There is a 12 month warranty on all pumps.

There is a 12 months back to base manufacturers warranty from the date of invoice. Cheapa Pumps warrants that when this product is used for the purpose it was designed, is correctly installed, housed and vented against weather, vermin, dust, etc; that it will be free of material and manufacturing defects at the time of the original purchase. This warranty is limited to the cost of the product and does not cover third party cost including the costs of electricians, plumbers, etc. This product is to be installed and operated in accordance with the instructions provided. This warranty will not apply if it is used in a manner otherwise than in accordance with the instructions.

Please make sure you purchase the correct pump for your needs.

Every purchase is sent with an invoice that you can use to claim any rebates. The invoice also contains full warranty terms. Please keep your receipt in a safe place as your receipt is your warranty.However, if you should you misplace it, I will send you another copy.

The goods are shipped once payment has cleared.

In the unlikely event that your pump is faulty, you will need to return it to base (please contact me for these details). Once the pump has been inspected, a new pump will be sent to you.

As for who pays for the freight:
The customer will pay for the returned pump and Cheapa Pumps will pay for the replacement pump.
