The inverter is specifically designed for the single-phase motor pumps operation and it is suitable for all types of pumps including household pressure pumps and submersible bore pumps.

It does not depend on the flow or the pressure, but by a perfect feedback pressure control that guarantees substantial energy savings of up to 40% on respect to the standard on-off system. The energy saving is especially for medium flow, the most common use of the motor pump, combined by various security features which may not be possible in common appliances.

FCP Variable Motor Speed Controller replaces all traditional systems such as pressure tanks, pressure switches, automatic pump controls, flow switches which are no longer necessary.

Soft starts and stops guarantee low current absorbing, a long-lasting pump motor, silent working quiet operation and the absence of water hammer.

The logic control unit of the FCP protects the system from null flow and dry-working conditions or other dangerous electrical or mechanical conditions.

Variable Speed Controller used with a Submersible Bore Pump

		All you will need to add is a gate valve on the discharge of the pump to isolate the pump unit from the system. It needs this so the pump can calibrate itself. Turning the valve off will allow the pump to operate. The controller then “reads” the pump curve and sets itself to this. There may be minor adjustments needed like lowering the rating on the inverter by clicking the – button once or twice (from experience we have had to do this with most pumps to lower them below 3 BAR). Once calibrated the unit is ok then to operate at variable speeds.
