Bore Caps

Painted mild steel fabricated bore caps to suit 4" inch and 6" inch casing. Slotted for ease to accommodate drop cable. The caps are 188mm diameter. The difference between the 1.25" and 2" is the outlet.

PVC Shroud Adaptors

32 x 100mm amd 50 x 100mm.
Pre shaped adaptor to allow you to manufacture your own shroud length. Shrouds ensure water must travel the length of the motor into the pump suction to aid in cooling the motor.

Splice Kits / Termination Kit

4" inch and 6" inch motor lead / drop cable splice kits. All connectors and shrinkwrap for a watertight splice.

Pressure Gauges

50mm diameter, liquid filled gauges to monitor pump / system discharge pressures.

SubDrive Manifold Kit

Manifold Kit Installed

This stainless steel manifold ensures that all items are correctly spaced to ensure correct installation of components. The manifold has 1-1/2" BSPM ends with 3 sockets for the pressure sensor, pressure gauge and pressure tank. Also included is an isolating valve for the tank and a PN16 1-1/2" gate valve for possible flow control on the larger SubDrive pumps.

19L pressure tank air pressure is 1.5-1.8Bar, (21 PSI – 25 PSI) max pressure is 8bar (112 PSI).

Safety Cable / Support Cable

3mm and 4mm stainless steel wire and matching grips to assemple you made-to-length safety wire.

Aids in lifting the pump and ensures the pump remains secured to the head works.

Electric Drop Cable / Submersible Electric Cable

XLPE insulated submersible cable rated for water submergence to 500m

Sold in 100m, 250m and 500m.
Larger cable sizes available to 93mm2
