This deep well submersible pump is suitable for a bore casing larger than 97mm in diameter as the pump diameter including the cable guard is 97mm. You would need to allow a few millimeters on either side of the pump for water to flow past the pump motor. It can also be used with a 5" or 6 " 150mm bore casing. If it is to be used in a 5 " or 6 " bore casing, it is recommended that you shroud the pump. This helps keep the motor cool. The 4S70-08 is best suited to bores varying from 19m deep to 51 m deep. The Motor coupling flange and discharge head are made in Stainless steel (AISI 304). Incorporated non-return check valve. (Always install a non-return check valve in the line as well). Floating type impellors in noryl, diffusers in non toxic polycarbonate shell, pump shaft, coupling, cable shield, suction screen, external shell and all screws are in stainless steel. The pump flanges for coupling with motors are made according to NEMA standards.

Usually the submersible motors are installed vertically. However, the submersible motors may be installed horizontally. Rewind ability is assured by a design which enables the easy dismantling and assembly of the motors.
